#EndBadGovernance: This is a serious movement, ladies vow to continue

Nigerian youths have continued to make bold statements that the future of the country depends on them. Young ladies and guys have taken over major streets in some states including the Federal Capital Territory demanding for an end to all form of maladministration.

The brutality, intimidation of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigeria Police triggered the protest over arbitrary killings of innocent citizens every now and then without any value to human lives.

In Lagos, the story is the same. An elegant lady, Amaka Echekwube who spoke to our correspondent said the youths are protesting against all vices, depravities in the polity from SARS brutality to all others that have continued to frustrate Nigerian youths by those in government.

As it stands, there is likelihood that the protests will continue in the new week as the protesting youths are not relenting from their comments. It therefore suggests that a dialogue is necessary so as to appease the protesters to allow activities go on in the new week.

They are also protesting against unjustified price hikes and others including isolation of Nigerian youths in public offices. They are saying NO to all manner of bad governance in the country!
